About St Michaels Care Home

 St Michaels is a 40 bed care home, all bedrooms are furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Each bedroom has its own private toilet and wash basin.

 Here at St Michaels we offer long term and respite (short term) care, many of our existing residents came to St Michaels as respite residents and have enjoyed living here so much that they have decided to stay here permanently.

We have a GP that comes in once a week to see any residents that feel they need to see the doctor; we also have a district nurse that comes from once anywhere to four times a week if residents request to see her.

Staff at St Michaels encourage residents to live as independently as possible, promoting our residents to be as independent as possible. We believe it is important for residents to maintain their independence, keep their dignity and therefore their respect.
